People with disabilities often have few employment opportunities and face discrimination. With your help, Lippy Lu wants to change this.

Disability Rights hits close to home. Lippy Lu is run by Marisa and Lincoln - a mother and son team supporting artisans living with disabilities. Our artisans earn fair wages so they can build strong futures and have meaningful employment.

We empower adults living with diverse abilities across the US and beyond while aiming to provide a supportive and inclusive environment here at home. Lincoln was our first differently abled employee.

We have partnered with LINC-d Neurodiverse artists to help us create our labels featuring their art. Lippy Lu has 15 different scents, featuring 15 original artworks, from 15 Neurodiverse artists.
