Please read the return policies before filling out the return form.
HANDMADE DISCLAIMER Each item is mixed by hand with pure, all-natural ingredients. Please note that as a result, the natural separation of ingredients may occur upon settling. We guarantee the quality and individuality of all of our products and conduct thorough quality checks. As with all small-batch and handmade items, no two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in design, color and size occur naturally. You might notice variations on similar products, however our team members do their best to make sure the items are uniform. We hope that you enjoy and celebrate these variations as much as we do.
RETURN TO SENDER Please note that occasionally, we receive Return to Sender packages due to reasons including an incorrect mailing address, an addressee not present at the address upon delivery after moving or an unknown reason, mail unclaimed, or mail refused by the recipient at the time of delivery. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus a 5 percent restocking fee and do our best to notify you via email. We are not able to reship these items and encourage you to please place a new order on our site.
RETURN POLICY Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.
DAMAGE POLICY We take every care to ensure our products reach you as they left us. Â Occasionally damage may occur in transit. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 5 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of delivery. Product cannot be opened to qualify for a return.
